NEW!!! MONDAY and WEDNESDAY NIGHT COMPUTER CLASS
7 - 9 PM
The Senior Center provides Computers Courses specifically
designed for seniors (age 50 and older). No prior computer or typing experience
is required for
these courses, just an interest in learning how to use a personal computer.
Over 1.000 local senior citizens have
successfully completed the course to date!
The Latrobe Senior Citizens Center has a dedicated
class room
fully equipped with 6 up-to-date PC computer systems, operating on a Windows environment
with MS Office software. Enrollment based upon first come - first served registration.
A seat reservation fee/donation is $20. Financial aid is available - contact
Susanne Lynch 724-539-9288.

Computers for Seniors
This
program is NOT sponsored by the Latrobe Senior Center! FREE Computers for
Seniors is under the direction of the
Senior Computer Associates,
an adjunct of Laurel Area Partnership on Aging. Any senior citizen in the
Latrobe, Derry, Ligonier, New Alexandria, and Unity Township area who is age 50
or older, is computer literate or has completed a computer class at
the Latrobe Senior Center, is eligible. These computers are used computers
donated by business, industries and individuals for this program. All
computers are checked and are deemed usable for E-mail, surfing the Internet,
